Pick your seat.Every role getsits own agents.

CRUX is agile for teams where AI agents and people work together. Your agents ask and draft; every step ends in a versioned artifact that waits for your ok.

01Your seatBoss

Every idea starts with you. Agents split it word for word, then ask.

The domain expert. Every idea enters through the Boss and is clarified in business language before anyone designs or builds.

/p/CHK/chat/boss
CRUX Boss chat on CHK-12: the domain-interviewer's draft domain-qa v1 with three questions and answers, the person replies ok, and the agent posts domain-qa v1 on the ticket, saying a later change becomes v2.

  • Your ok is the gate. Silence is not approval.
  • A later change is posted as v2, never an edit.

Your statuses in the constructor

  • Backlog role flow: Boss, chat agent dispatcher, no pipeline.
  • Analysis role flow: Boss, no chat agents, pipeline domain-interviewer.

What stays with you

The human moves the ticket

When its protocol is done, the agent closes its own session. Moving the ticket to the next status is a human decision.

from the agent prompts

**You move nothing.** Do not call `ticket_set_status` — the human routes the ticket onward.

04Whole team

Five seats, one ticket. Each seat lights up its own statuses on the real constructor.

Roles, the agent catalog and the status rail are configured per project in the dashboard. Pick a status to see whose seat it is.

Roles section of the CRUX workflow constructor: five roles in their colours — Boss with 2 statuses, Designer 1, Developer 4, Project manager 1, QA 1.
RolesEach role is a seat: its statuses and the agents a person works with.
  • Statuses

They come from your tracker — create and reorder them there. This page uses Jira-style names.

  • Role flows

For every status: the role that owns it, its chat agents and the order of its pipeline.

  • Agent catalog

Provider and model, prompt, skills, and read access to code and wiki — set per agent.

  • Export and import

Carry a whole workflow from one project to the next.

Agents section of the constructor: a project-scoped catalog of 17 agents, each marked chat or pipeline, with its provider and model and the one role flow it is used in.
Agent catalogOne catalog per project, reused across role flows.

Ten statuses, Backlog to Done

Constructor rail, first part: Backlog (Boss, chat agent dispatcher, no pipeline), Analysis (Boss, pipeline domain-interviewer) and Design (Designer, pipeline designer).01–03
Constructor rail, middle: Test Planning (QA, chat agent bug-reporter, pipeline qa-requirements → qa-checklist → qa-testcases), Tech Review (Developer, pipeline developer-interviewer) and Planning (Project manager, chat agents status-reporter, estimator, sprint-planner, pipeline project-manager).04–06
Constructor rail, end: Selected for Development (Developer, chat agent implementation-dispatcher, no pipeline), In Progress (developer → reviewer → wiki_curator), In Review (tests-verificator) and Done, an empty column with no agents.07–10
The constructor rail at 1:1Ringed columns belong to your seat. Done has no agents.

Rules every seat can count on

  • Every artifact is versioned

The header names the type and the version. A revision never edits the old comment — it is posted as a new v(N+1).

    ### 📦 ARTIFACT: domain-qa v1
  • Approved by a human, in chat

The agent drafts in chat and posts only after an explicit ok. Silence is not approval.

"ок" / "approved" / "go ahead" — silence is not approval
  • The human moves the ticket

When its protocol is done, the agent closes its own session. Moving the ticket to the next status is a human decision.

**You move nothing.** Do not call `ticket_set_status` — the human routes the ticket onward.
